TOPIC: DIVINE DIRECTION – A KEY TO PRESERVATION
SCRIPTURE: Where there is no vision, the people perish… Proverbs 29:18
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Revelation fuels warfare unto victory.
Scriptures make it clear that there is a direct relationship between revelation, Divine direction, and preservation. Revelation brings direction and direction brings preservation. The more directed you are, the more protected you are.
Divine direction is key to Divine deliverance. Revelation is key to preservation. Our anchor scripture says, “Where there is no vision the people perish.” That is, where there is no revelation or direction, the people perish.
Now, let’s look at one of the ways Divine direction activates God’s preservation power. Divine direction or revelation fuels intercession unto preservation. That is, God would reveal things to you that would move you to prayer (1 Timothy 1:18). For example, if the enemy was planning a calamity for you, or your family member; God would show it to you and then move you to the place of prayer so that those things can be neutralised. So, revelation fuels warfare unto victory.
Sometime ago, in one of our Church services, a young man shared a testimony of how he saw himself in a coffin in the dream of the night. He woke up the next day and prayed against it.
Afterwards, he went to a shop to buy something, and the woman who was the owner of the shop told him, “I am not selling to you. Go to another shop and buy”. Eventually, he went to another shop to buy what he needed.
And after a few minutes, a trailer came, crushed the woman’s shop and everyone there. The young man would have been a victim too. Death was coming after him. The death he saw in the coffin at night would have happened, but God used the circumstance of rejection to preserve his life. God revealed it and it was cancelled at the place of prayer.
I declare into your life, every agenda of hell against your life and destiny is exposed and terminated now, in Jesus’ Name.
REMEMBER THIS: Revelation fuels warfare unto victory.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Maintain the lifestyle of praying abundantly in the Spirit to keep your spiritual antenna active.
2. Ask God to reveal and terminate the agenda of the enemy against your life.
PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to be sensitive to Your leadings and directions. Reveal and frustrate every agenda of the enemy against my life, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
