STREAMS OF JOY DEVOTIONAL SUNDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2021

TOPIC: RAISED WITH MOVEMENT

SCRIPTURE: “Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.” (Acts 3: 6)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
In our Focal Scripture, Peter commanded the lame man to rise up and walk. That man hitherto sat and begged at the gate of the temple. In a sitting position, his height would have been minimized, and his movement completely obliterated. Notice that Peter did not only tell him to rise; Peter told him to rise up and walk. Peter ordered him to rise and make movements. He was raised with movement. He was promoted with movement.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are rising with movement. You are getting elevated with movement. Your rising will empower you to move more than you have ever moved. You are getting that elevation that will position you on the path of movement and advancement. You are entering into that season where your rising will lead to more advancement. You are rising with new access to new territories.

Pastor Jerry Eze Sunday Live Service 14 November 2021 | Streams of Joy

As the lame man rose to his feet, he had empowerment to move. His rising was just a beginning of a new season of constant movement. Hear me as I hear the Lord: your rising is simply the opening of a new chapter of consistent movement and advancement. As you rise, you will move into new territories; you will gain access to places where you have never been before; you will break forth, you will break out, and break through.

That lame man was not asked to rise and stay at a spot. He was asked to rise up and walk. He was not going to be stuck in the place of his rising. He was not going to be stagnated after his rising. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will not be stagnated in the place of your rising. You will not end where you started. You will not be halted in the same place where God caused you to rise. You will not be stagnated in the place of your elevation.

No longer shall you be stagnated in the place of your rising. As you rise, you will move.
Psalm 18: 33 says: “He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet, and setteth me upon my high places.”
Declare With Me: I am elevated, with movement; I will not be stagnated in the place of my rising, in Jesus’ name!
