“I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.”
💡 Lesson / Reflection
This verse reveals the exalted power of God’s Word. The Psalmist declares that God has placed His Word even above His name — meaning that every promise and prophecy God has spoken carries His divine authority and integrity.
When you hold on to the Word, you are holding on to the highest expression of God’s nature. The Word cannot fail because it represents who God is. Your worship becomes powerful when it is rooted in revelation — not just emotion, but truth.
In every situation, when you choose to honor God’s Word above fear, circumstances, or reports, you invoke the faithfulness of God to perform what He has promised.
