SCRIPTURE: Ephesians 1:15-23

The level of knowledge we have affects our behaviour and reactions. A sister’s doctorate degree certificate had errors and was submitted for corrections. The bureaucratic process delayed the process till she became a Professor. She did not understand the powers associated with her new position and went from office-to-office begging for solutions without success till her husband told her: “It seems that you don’t understand who you are.

Go to the Dean of the Postgraduate School, lodge your complaint and it will be handled.” She did that and the certificate was given to her that same day. Apostle Paul in today’s passage prays for us to understand who Jesus is, the hope of His calling, riches of our inheritance in Him and surpassing greatness of His power.

Jesus has a positional authority (He is forever, far above all principalities, powers, might, names); He has unchanging rulership status (He is not elected or dethroned); He is Supreme for all things are under His feet, and He is appointed as the Overall Head over all things, His ability to raise the dead and fill all things shows His immeasurable greatness and power.

Beloved, what challenge is troubling your life? Pray for today’s revelation to become real in your spirit and faith will arise to combat your mountains in Jesus’ name.

Prayer: Oh God, please help me to understand and fully appropriate the divine blessings for all believers in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER OF SALVATIONA MINUTE PRAYER COULD SAVE YOU “O Lord God, I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. I believe He died for me and God raised Him from the dead. I believe He’s alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His Name, I have eternal life; I’m born again. Thank you Lord for saving my soul! I’m now a child of God. Hallelujah!” Congratulations! You are Born Again... Get closer to God by reading your BIBLE and worshiping with other believers.
