Bible Verse of the Day, Monday 24th March 2025

Theme: Freedom Through Christ
Bible Verse: Romans 8:3-4 (KJV)
“For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

Opening Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Thank You for doing what the law could not do by sending Your Son to set us free from the power of sin. Lord, as we study Your Word today, open our hearts to understand the victory we have in Christ. Help us to walk in the Spirit, live righteously, and fulfill Your purpose for our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Short Message:
The law, though given by God, was unable to save humanity because of the weakness of human flesh. No matter how hard people tried to obey the law, sin still had power over them. But God, in His great love, sent Jesus in human form to condemn sin in the flesh. Jesus took upon Himself the penalty of sin, so that we could be made righteous.
