Bible Verse of the Day, Tuesday 11th March 2025
Bible Verse (Romans 14:17)
“For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”
Opening Prayer:
Heavenly Father, Thank You for inviting us into Your kingdom, a place of righteousness, peace, and joy. As we reflect on Your Word, open our hearts to understand the true nature of Your kingdom. Teach us to live not for temporary things but for the eternal blessings found in Your Spirit. Fill us with Your peace, root us in righteousness, and let Your joy overflow in our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Focus Message: “Living in the Kingdom of God”
The kingdom of God isn’t about external rules or rituals but about the inner transformation the Holy Spirit brings. True life in God’s kingdom is marked by righteousness, peace, and joy — qualities that flow from a deep relationship with Him, not from material things or religious legalism.
Lessons:
1. The Priority of Righteousness: Living in God’s kingdom means seeking to align our lives with His will. Righteousness is not just about doing right but being right with God through faith in Jesus.
2. Peace in God’s Presence: The peace of the kingdom isn’t just the absence of conflict but the presence of wholeness and harmony with God and others. This peace transcends circumstances and anchors our hearts.
3. Joy in the Holy Spirit: Joy is a hallmark of the kingdom — not dependent on what’s happening around us but on the unchanging goodness of God. The Holy Spirit fills us with a supernatural joy that sustains us even in trials.
4. The Kingdom is About the Heart: Paul reminds us that the kingdom is not about external practices (like food or drink) but internal realities. God looks at the heart, and what matters most is our spiritual connection with Him and how it shapes our relationships with others.

Closing Prayer:
Father God, Thank You for the gift of Your kingdom — a place where righteousness, peace, and joy abound. Help us live each day with kingdom values, seeking Your presence above all else. May Your Spirit guide us to walk in righteousness, carry Your peace into every situation, and radiate joy to a world in need. Let our lives be a reflection of Your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
