Daily Bible Verse For Saturday 7th June 2025 – Acts 10:1-2

“There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian Regiment, a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always.”

Today’s Message:

Cornelius was not a Jew, but he had a sincere heart toward God. He was devout, reverent, generous, and prayerful—and heaven took notice. His life tells us that God sees beyond race, background, or tradition, and responds to faith, obedience, and a pure heart.

This moment marks a historic shift in the early Church: God was opening the door of salvation to the Gentiles. Cornelius’ prayers and giving rose as a memorial before God (v.4), proving that our devotion doesn’t go unnoticed. God rewards those who seek Him diligently (Hebrews 11:6). When your prayers and generosity align with reverence, they can trigger divine visitations, favor, and breakthroughs that impact generations.

Other Bible References:
Hebrews 11:6 – “He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

Psalm 34:15 – “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry.”

Proverbs 11:25 – “The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.”

Matthew 6:6 – “But when you pray, go into your room… your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.”

Today’s Declaration:

I declare that my prayers and my giving are not in vain. Like Cornelius, I live a life of reverence, generosity, and consistency in prayer. Heaven recognizes my devotion. Divine visitation is coming to my house. The barriers are breaking, favor is flowing, and God’s purpose is unfolding in my life and family.

Prayer:
Father God, Thank You for the example of Cornelius—a man whose faith, generosity, and prayers moved heaven. I ask that You help me to walk in the same spirit of devotion. Let my life be pleasing to You. May my prayers rise like incense and my giving be a memorial before You. Open doors of divine encounters, shift spiritual climates in my family, and use me to be a bridge for Your Kingdom. Let Your favor rest upon my household as it did on Cornelius. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
