Daily Devotion Tuesday 24th June 2025 Message
Title: Raised to New Life
Scripture: “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” — Romans 6:4 (NIV)
Devotional Message:
The Christian life is not about renovation—it’s about resurrection. Romans 6:4 tells us that when Christ died, we died with Him. And just as He was raised from the dead, we too have been raised to walk in newness of life.
This new life is not defined by your past, failures, or former ways. It’s defined by God’s glory, Christ’s power, and the Holy Spirit working in you. You are not the same. The old has gone, and the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Today, let this truth reset your mindset. You are not struggling to become new—you already are new in Christ. Live with the joy, peace, and power that resurrection life brings. Sin no longer has dominion over you. Grace empowers you to walk in victory!
Reflection Questions:
Am I living like someone who has been raised to new life in Christ?
What old habits or mindsets do I need to let go of today?
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for raising me to new life through Your death and resurrection. Help me to walk in the fullness of that life today. Let every area of my life reflect Your resurrection power. Strengthen me to leave behind what’s dead and embrace what is new in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Prophetic Declaration:
I declare that I have been raised with Christ to walk in newness of life. I am no longer bound by my past—I am made new by the power of His resurrection. Sin has no hold over me. I live in victory, I walk in purpose, and I shine with the glory of God. Amen!
