Title: Alive by Grace, Standing by Faith
Today’s Scripture:
“But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.” — Ephesians 2:4–5 (NIV)
Devotional Message:
The heartbeat of the gospel is found in these words: “God made us alive with Christ.” No matter how far we had fallen, how broken we were, or how lost we felt, God stepped in—rich in mercy and overflowing with love—and gave us new life. This wasn’t something we could earn or achieve. It was purely by grace.
Today in the United States and around the world, many strive for self-worth, validation, and peace. But God reminds us that the true source of life and salvation is found in Christ alone. You are not trying to become alive—you already are in Him. Grace did that. Mercy made that possible.
This Saturday, rest in this truth: you are loved more than you can imagine and saved by a grace that never fails. Let His mercy shape your identity and His love give you confidence to face the day.

What area of your life still tries to “earn” what God has already freely given? Let go, and let grace lead.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your great love and rich mercy that made me alive in Christ. I rest in Your grace today, not my own effort. Teach me to walk in this new life with joy and gratitude. Help me reflect Your love to those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
