Psalm 113 says, “He stoops down from the heavens to look at the earth. He lifts the poor from the dirt and the needy from the garbage dump. He sets them among princes.” God will stoop all the way down to a garbage dump, all the way to the dirt.
Notice what He does: He doesn’t just bring you out, but He honors you. He sets you among princes. He doesn’t hold your mistakes against you. He takes what was meant for your harm and uses it to your advantage.
