We think of waiting as negative. We don’t like it, nothing is happening. We’re interested in the destination, but God is interested in the journey. He’s working on us along the way. Understand that waiting doesn’t mean nothing is happening; it doesn’t mean that God’s forgotten about us. It’s all a part of the process. Live in faith, knowing that at the right time, God will get us to where we’re supposed to be.
Don’t get distracted trying to make peace with someone who doesn’t really want peace. We all have people in life that don’t like seeing us happy, going places, rising higher. It’s not about you; it’s about the favor on your life. It’s about the blessing God put on you. Don’t take it personally. Keep your face set.
