JOHN HAGEE DEVOTIONAL 18 JULY 2022 MONDAY
SCRIPTURE: 1 Thessalonians 2:19
For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?
The dominos are lined up, ancient prophecies all fulfilled. One decisive nudge of God’s finger will set the final chain in motion. One event has forever impacted the outcome of the end of times.
This one event has affected every nation, tribe, tongue, kindred, and people. This one event has influenced every socialist economy, free-market economy, and a communist nation. One Man, one Cross, and three nails has made all the difference for all eternity.
One choice, on our part, absolutely changes everything instantaneously – our “YES!” to Jesus saves us from the judgment to come.
The angels of God stand at attention before His throne. King Jesus is about to exit the gates and step onto the clouds of glory. The trumpet blast will rent the air, and in the twinkling of an eye, the dead in Christ will rise first, and those who are alive and remain will be caught up in the air to meet Him.
Those who call Him Savior will forever remain with Him! That dramatic event will prompt every knee to bow and every tongue to confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Have you made Him your choice? Have you said “YES” to Jesus? Your choice today impacts every tomorrow.
Blessing: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. May you accept His beautiful gift of salvation so that you may stand before Him in awestruck wonder with a heart overflowing with gratitude. All blessings, glory, honor, and power to Him!
