Topic: Speak Blessings into Your Life
Scripture: He who invokes a blessing on himself…shall do so by saying, May the God of truth and fidelity…bless me; and he…shall swear by the God of truth and faithfulness to His promises…because the former troubles are forgotten and because they are hidden from My eyes. — Isaiah 65:16 (AMPC)
You can bless or curse yourself with your mouth. You can bring a blessing by speaking positive truths from God’s Word…or you can bring a curse by speaking negatively.
Satan is a deceiver, and he tries to bring you trouble and then influence you to prophesy that same kind of trouble for your future. But you can choose to bless yourself. If you mentally stop living in the past, you can begin to think and speak in agreement with God.
Take notice of the things you say, because what you say does matter—to you and to your well-being. Say what you believe Jesus would say in your situation, and you will open the door for the miracle-working power of God.
Prayer of the Day: Lord, help me speak words of life and truth. Keep me from negativity and let my mouth always agree with Your Word so I walk in blessing.
