MESSAGE TOPIC: FRESH OIL FRESH GRACE By Dr Paul Enenche

MESSAGE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding what it entails to connect fresh oil which eventually leads to fresh grace
WHY DO WE NEED THE OIL?
1. Fresh Oil/fresh grace is the answer to the tears of life
2. Fresh Oil/fresh grace is key to the termination of captivity
3. Fresh Oil/fresh grace is key to supernatural supplies
CHALLENGES OF THE PROPHET IN 2 KINGS 4:1:
1. There was the absence of the practice of the covenant (Deut. 28:12)
2. There was the lack of a functional spiritual covering (Luke 7:8)
Your covering determines your coverage
3. There was the lack of value and care for family (1Tim. 5:8)
The quality of your relationship with your family is proof of the quality of your relationship with God
It is hypocrisy if a man says he has a relationship with God and he has perennial arguments with his wife
It is hypocrisy if a man says he has progress in his relationship with God but no progress in his relationship with men
The greatest blessing you can get in this world is the blessing from your household – the goodwill of your loved ones
4. There was the lack of functional, impactful relationships that could come to his aide in seasons of urgency
Who surrounds you determines what you can survive
It doesn’t matter how successful you are, if you don’t have successful relationships in your life then that is failure
Once you make up your mind to touch lives and change destinies then you can never be a failure on earth
NOTES ON THE OIL:
1. No one is completely empty-handed in life
2. What you fail to see or what you despise in your life is what is designed to change your life/status
3. God will always take what you have to give you what you need
4. God’s possibility is proportional to man’s capacity
5. The most important thing about the oil is the vessel
God never lacks oil and oil is never really what is lacking; what is lacking is the vessel
Grace is a constant; what is a challenge is the vessel
DEMANDS REGARDING THE VESSEL:
5a. The vessel must not be leaky
5b. The vessel must not be dishonourable
5c. The vessel must be empty (John 3:30)
God does not have much to do with full vessels; He can only set them aside
i. Empty means devoid of self/pride/ego (John 3:30)
ii. Empty means hungry, desperate
Those who have much to do with God are people who have a hunger that can’t be conquered
Every time there is a hunger, there is an answer; desire is proof of potential; what does not exist cannot be desired
iii. Empty means available and useable vessels
iv. Empty vessel means vessel with capacity (Gen. 32:24-28)
6. Oil multiplies in the absence of distraction
PRAYERS:
Father, I have come before You for fresh Oil and grace; help me to be the right vessel; search my life and help me to get rid of anything that disqualifies me from being the right vessel, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, make me a vessel for use in Your Hands; I need fresh Oil and fresh grace Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– Every limitation from your history that is fighting your destiny is being destroyed right now!
