Today’s Outline: MFM Daily Devotional 17th June 2020
Today is your moment of breakthroughs. Today’s passage gives a wonderful picture of what is called breakthrough. Imagine the scene of a bird that is caged: it has become limited, unlike when it could fly freely for miles in the sky. It has been reduced to a creature that cannot move upwards or downwards. However, if a power comes and breaks the cage open, the bird would gain its freedom and escape from his bondage.
This is the picture of breakthrough. It offers a serious progress. It is possible for a person to make some progress, this may not be rapid quick or fast. For example, if a person wants to go to Ghana from Nigeria and he sets out on foot, his progress will be a slow one. Breakthrough means rapid progress or unimpeded advancement. It is a funeral movement or an important discovery. I know that you want advancement. Otherwise, you would not have obtained this book.
Those who know that there is a better level and would want to get there are the ones who read this type of book. I know that the Lord will touch you through it and you will become a completely changed person, in the name of Jesus. A breakthrough is a positive boost or a sudden revelation. You might have been doing well. But, when a breakthrough comes, you start doing better. You could have been on one spot for years and not know what is going wrong. And, all of a sudden, God opens your eyes to see where you really are. Then, you gain a revelation otherwise about your situation.
A person could have been eating from the table of darkness for a long time. Then, one day, God opens his eyes to see what is going wrong. When a problem is solved, there is a breakthrough.
Since the Lord has been with us, our enemies’ plan has been aborted. The snare is broken and we have escaped. To God be the glory.
TODAY’S PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
1. Yokes, buried in my body, be uprooted by the blood of Jesus, in Jesus’ name.
2. Thou evil sun, overshadowing my star, clear away, in the name of Jesus.
3. Blood of Jesus, arise, deliver my foundation, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
1. Angels of fire, position yourselves, recover my foundational virtues, in the name of Jesus.
2. Joy swallowers, of my father’s house, die, in the name of Jesus.
3. Pollution in my roots, hear the word of the Lord, clear away, in the name of Jesus.
4. Anything, in the land of the dead troubling my life, catch fire, in the name of Jesus.
