MONDAY NIGHT PRAYER 12 SEPTEMBER 2022 WITH BIBLE VERSE
Bible Verse for Night Prayer
And they departed thence, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day. – Mark 9:30-31
Today’s Inspiration
Jesus prophesied and told the disciples about His own death that was coming soon. Knowing that, Jesus still followed God perfectly, never sinned, and faced His death and suffering God’s wrath. If you knew when and how you would die in detail, would you try to avoid it or change it or make it less painful? Jesus courageously faced it and accepted the Father’s will for our sake.
Night Prayer
Jesus, thank you! You died for me. I don’t deserve Your love and goodness, but You love me and care for me. Thank You for Your love and goodness. I will serve You till I die because You died for me and I love You. Teach me to be selfless like You. Even if it means death, give me the strength to never leave You, Jesus. In Your name. Amen.
