TOPIC: WORK WHAT IS WORKING

SCRIPTURE: “And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.” (Mark 3: 3)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
In our Focal Scripture, Jesus commanded the man with the withered hand to stand forth. So the man could stand, though he had a withered hand. He could use his legs, though his hand had issues. There was a part of him that didn’t have issues, and he used it to stand forth until he received his miracle. He used the part of him that was working, to position for the restoration of that part that was not working. What was working helped to rework what was not working.

Friend, in 2022, work with what is working. Use what is working in you to make progress. Use what is working to move to your higher levels. Use what is working to push forward. Use what is working to rework what is not working. Use the part of you that is not stranded to push for change in those areas that are stranded. Use the part of you that is not enslaved to uplift the areas of your life that are stagnated or suppressed.

Notice that the man with the withered hand still came to the temple despite his withered hand. He didn’t shut down because of what was not working. This year, refuse to shut down because of what is not working. Refuse to lose faith because of the prayers that are yet to be answered. Refuse to give up on yourself on account of the doors that are yet to open.

Refuse to become a shadow of yourself because of things that are yet to work.
That man with withered hands walked into the temple, and all things began to work in his favour. As you keep gravitating towards the place of God’s presence, all things will work in your favour. As you keep fanning what is working into flames, the flames will catch up with whatsoever is not working in your favour. As you keep pushing from the corners that have no issues, even your core issues will receive divine attention with time.

Don’t be counted amongst them that shut down their feet because one hand has an issue. Keep moving despite what is not working; and most importantly, use what is working to fix and rework whatever is not working.

Psalm 18: 32 says: “It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.”
Declare With Me: I will use what is working to rework what is not working, in Jesus’ name!
