Open Heaven for Teens 7 September 2021 Message
Your health is important. One of the ways to achieve good health is by eating the right things the right way. Your body is the vehicle through which God reaches the world. If you misuse your body, your mind and spirit cannot become what God planned them to be and you wont be able to live an abundant life. You must therefore feed your body right in order to be alive to represent God here on earth. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be taken likely.
It has a way of getting your body system running properly for the whole day. Many teenagers are lazy about preparing balanced meals; they would rather eat junk (fast food).

These junk store up wastes in the body that breaks down its immunity over a period of time. Instead of shopping for packaged and sweetened foods, Ill advise you as a mother particularly if you are in the higher institution: buy food stuff including vegetables and fruits and cook every day at least in the mornings. This arrangement will save you money and also prevent you from spending on hospital bills.
Point:
When you make food your medicine, medicine will not become your food.
