SCRIPTURE: “When the Israelite army returned from chasing the Philistines, they took what they wanted from the enemy camp.” (1 Samuel 17: 53 CEV)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
When the armies of Israel returned from chasing the Philistines, they spoiled their tents. They took whatever they wanted from the camp of their enemies. The battle they faced became occasion for them to make gains at the expense of their enemies. The battle they faced became occasion for them to increase as their enemies decreased. The battle they faced backfired on the enemy. Their battle led to increase.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every battle that comes your way will lead to your increase. Every ‘Goliath’ that comes against you will become an occasion for you to rise higher and higher. Every charge of the enemy against you will be an occasion for new things to be added to you. Every conspiracy against you will make way for your increase. Every trouble the enemy has set up against you will cause you to break forth on all sides.
Those that gathered against Israel ended up losing their treasures to Israel. They meant it for evil, but God turned it around for the increase of His people. Hear me as I hear the Lord: whatever was meant to reduce you will turn around for your increase. Whatever was meant to decimate you will turn around and establish you on a higher level. Whatever was meant to push you down will turn around to lift you higher than you ever imagined.
I decree, the wishes of your enemies will not prevail. Those that have gathered against you will never have the last laugh. Those that have elected to mock you and mock your walk with God, are about to get the shocker of their lives. Those that think they can prevail against you should get ready to go down for your sake. The same way the Philistines had their camp looted by the armies of Israel, your opposers will be the losers.
Welcome to that season where every battle against you will lead to your elevation and increase. Welcome to that season where you will make huge gains at the expense of your conspirators.
Genesis 50: 20 says: “But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.”
Declare With Me: Every battle against me shall be for my increase, in Jesus’ name!
