MAY 2022 BLESSING SUNDAY SERVICE – SUNDAY 1ST MAY 2022
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S): DEUTERONOMY 28:1-2

MESSAGE TOPIC: RISING TO THE TOP BY THE BLESSING (1&2) By Dr Paul Enenche

SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding the power of the Blessing to produce eminence in life
The Blessing of the LORD makes people to rise both in influence and affluence, eminence and abundance in life
Every carrier of the Blessing is designed to be an envy of many
Blessed people live superlative and super-abundant lives

SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE WHO ROSE TO THE TOP BY THE BLESSING:
1. Abraham (Gen. 12:1-3)
1a. The Blessing lifted Abraham in affluence (Gen. 13:1-2, 24:1, 35,)
1b. The Blessing lifted Abraham in influence and eminence (Gen. 14:14, 22-24)
The Blessing of God is stronger than witchcraft curses, ancestral curses
The Blessing of God is stronger than anything that has ever worked against you

2. Isaac (Gen. 25:5, 26:1-3, 12-14, 16, Gen. 26:16)
2a. The Blessing lifted Isaac in affluence (Gen. 26:16)
2b. The Blessing lifted Isaac in influence and eminence

The Blessing of God is the mystery of supernatural exemption
In your father’s house and community, your case shall be different
I am under the economy of Heaven, I am not permitted to be a victim of the economy of this world

3. Job (Job 1:9-10)
Revelation is the termination of oppression
3a. The Blessing lifted Job in affluence
3b. The Blessing lifted Job in influence and eminence

4. Jacob (Gen. 27:27-29; 28:12-16; 32:24-28)
Jacob was a recipient and beneficiary of the Blessing, right from his father’s house

THE OUTCOME OF THE BLESSING ON THE LIFE OF JACOB:
4a. Overwhelming abundance and increase (Gen. 30:43; 32:9-10; 43:11-12; 47:18-26)

MY CASE IS DIFFERENT!
5. Joseph (Gen. 37:3; 49:22-26; 41:39-44)
The Blessing gave Joseph both influence and affluence
6. Jabez (1 Chron. 4:9-10; 2:55; Isa. 61:9)

THE WAY TO THE BLESSING:
1. Your hearing and obeying (Deut. 28:1-2, Isa. 48:18-19, 21; Job 22:21-25; Isa. 49:10)
There is something God is saying – receive that law from His mouth and shortly you will lay up Gold like dust and you will have plenty of silver (Job 22:21-25)
If you don’t want to hunger and thirst let God guide you;

2. Your living (Your way of life) (Ps. 1:1-3; 5:12; Luke 16:11)
You attract the Blessing of the Lord with a clear conscience and uprightness of life
If you want the Blessing of the Lord be brutality honest with God

3. Your serving (Exodus 23:25, Job 36:11; Isa. 1:19; Prov. 27:18; Luke 22:35)
Never agree to be an executive Christian
The Blessing of the Lord is looking for servants
Don’t ever be too big to serve the Lord in evangelism, soul-winning etc.

4. Your giving (Gen. 14:18-20, Acts. 20:35)

KINDS OF GIVING THAT LEAD TO THE BLESSING:
4a. The Tithe (Gen. 14:18-19; Mal. 3:10; Heb. 7:8)
4b. The Freewill offering (Acts 20:35; Zech. 8:12; 2 Cor. 9:6-7)
4c. Project giving (Ezra 6:14; Ps. 122:9; 132:1-5; 1Chron. 29:1-3)
4d. Soul winning seed (Luke 5:1-6; Zech. 1:17)
4e. Less privileged giving (Ps. 41:1, Prov. 19:17; Prov. 28:27)
4f. Giving to the Blessed (Gen. 12:3, 1 Sam. 9:7-8; Gal. 6:6; 2 Kings 4:8-10)
If you really want the blessing of God, your tithe is non-negotiable

PRAYERS
Father, I connect with Your Blessing for my life today in Jesus’ Name
Father, I make demands on Your Blessing like it was on Jacob, Joseph and Jabez; I make demands on Your blessing and I receive it now, in Jesus’ Name!

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– I prophesy the blessing of health upon you in Jesus’ Name.
I prophesy the Blessing of life upon your life. Every grave that is dug for you is covered now in Jesus’ Name.
Every trace of battle around your life is hereby nullified now in Jesus’ Name.
I release direction upon you now
I prophesy, the Blessing of Divine preservation in Jesus’ Name.

I decree the Blessing of Divine provision. In the Month of May, the spirit of scarcity/poverty is arrested in Jesus’ Name.
I decree the Blessing of destiny fulfilment. Every generational and occult curse is broken!
May, Open!

– Every harvest that is due you that is denied is hereby released!
– Everyone who has vowed that what is yours will not enter into your hands, that vow is arrested!
– Any devil and their agents that will not let you rest will experience the brutality of the Spirit, and if they still won’t let you rest, they shall be laid to rest!

– In this season, God shall bless you in undeniable ways
– Everyone who sees you from today will testify and confirm that indeed God has blessed you!
– The days of scarcity and dryness are over forever!
