INTRODUCTION: Good communication skills are essential for building strong relationships, resolving conflicts, and effectively sharing our faith as Christians. One biblical principle that underpins good communication is found in Ephesians 4:29, which says, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” This verse emphasizes the importance of speaking in a way that edifies and encourages others, rather than tearing them down with negative or hurtful words. Proverbs 12:18.
