Divine health is God’s perfect plan for His people.
Divine healing is God’s intervention plan/alternate plan for when you fall out of health but the basic plan of God for His people is Divine health

Divine health is not automatic; scriptural promises always stand on scriptural premises
There is always what man must do to facilitate what God will do
Divine health is one of the packages of Redemption (Ps. 103:1-3)
The forgiveness of sins goes hand in hand with the healing of sicknesses
Divine provisions, such as Divine health, come along with prescribed conditions
Every Divine result attracts human responsibility; if you discharge the responsibility, God delivers the result.
Victory over negative emotions is key to mastery over demonic afflictions
WHAT MUST BE DONE IN ORDER FOR US TO WALK IN DIVINE HEALTH?
1. There must be victory over depression (Prov. 17:22; Eccl. 9:4; Prov. 15:15)
If there must be health, there must be joy (Prov. 17:22)
Merriment is medicinal and joy is therapeutic; in fact, joy is both prophylactic and therapeutic
The bone is the centre for life:
i. The bone marrow is the place for the production of red blood cells which carry oxygen to the body
ii. The bone produces the white blood cells which fight infection
iii. The bone is also responsible for the production of platelets which help the clotting system of the body, that prevents a person from bleeding out completely.
You have just one life to live – don’t endure it, enjoy it!
Merriment is a chain reaction – when you sow the seed of excitement you reap the harvest of fulfilment
Agreement for depression is admission for oppression; every time you agree to be depressed, you have signed to be oppressed!

1a. Joy is a guarantee of strength and vitality (Neh. 8:10b; Hab. 3:18-19; 1Chron. 16:27)
Strength is a foundation for health
Depression is a major cause of weakness
1b. Joy is the guarantee of Divine Presence (Ps. 16:11; 100:4; 1Chron. 16:27; Isa. 9:3; Jude 1:24)
1c. Joy is the guarantee of light or insight (Ps. 89:15; Esth. 8:16; John 1:5)
When you are excited you see deeper things out of scripture; revelation flows in the climate of excitement and celebration
HOW TO FLOW IN JOY:
Flow in the Holy Ghost (Rom. 14:17; Eph. 5:18-19)
Whatever weighs your life down ties your health down; you can’t be healthy if you have refused to be happy
2. Victory over bitterness and unforgiveness (Jam. 5:16; Prov. 17:22; Luke 17:1; Heb. 12:15; 1John 4:8; Amos 3:3; Matt. 18:34-35; Matt. 6:14-15; Mark 11:25-26; Ps. 103:3; Mark 2:5; Jam. 5:16)
Bitterness and unforgiveness are major destroyers of Divine health and healing
Whatever breaks your spirit (be it by discouragement or bitterness) breaks your health (Prov. 17:22)
Anytime the devil sends someone to offend a person, he is actually trying to weaken and sicken the person and then usher them to hell by unforgiveness.
Refuse to be distracted and embittered unto disaster
HOW DOES BITTERNESS/UNFORGIVENESS AFFECT HEALTH?
2a. Bitterness or unforgiveness is a root that springs up diversities of trouble in the system of man (Heb. 12:15)
The root of bitterness springs up the fruit of trouble
2b. Bitterness or unforgiveness is contrary to the love nature of God and that disconnects man
from the Presence of God (1John 4:8; Amos 3:3)
2c. Bitterness or unforgiveness breaks the spirit of man and attacks the health of man (Prov. 17:22)
2d. Bitterness or unforgiveness invites the activities of tormentors (Matt. 18:34-35)
HOW DOES BITTERNESS/UNFORGIVENESS AFFECT HEALTH?
2e. Bitterness or unforgiveness retains the sins of people before God (Matt. 6:14-15; Mark 11:25-26)
Until sins are forgiven, diseases are not easily healable (Ps. 103:3; Mark 2:5; Jam. 5:16)
Protect your heart; by all means offences will come but don’t let anyone invite you into contention
If you know the worth of a heart that is free of offence, cover it; shield your heart.
3. Victory over fear (Job 3:25-26; Num. 13:33-14:1; 1Pet. 5:8)
Fear is a destroyer of life
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF FEAR OR ANXIETY IN CAUSING DISASTER OR SICKNESS?
3a. Fear is a magnet of evil, disease and disaster (Num. 13:33-14:1)
The same way God sees faith and is pushed into action, in that same way when the devil sees fear, it pushes him to action
Fear is a connector – the fear of disease/death connects you to the disease/death you fear
Fear is a forerunner of calamity – the devil sends it ahead because he knows that he can only work where fear is available
Don’t entertain fear
Fear is contagious – don’t hang around people that are fearful (Num. 13:33-14:1)
3b. Fear is the neutraliser of faith (Mark 4:37-40; 2Tim. 1:7)
If fear is present, faith is absent and if faith is absent wholeness is possible because it is faith that makes whole (Matt. 9:22; 15:28; Mark 10:52; Luke 17:19)
3c. Fear is a tormenting spirit from the kingdom of darkness (2Tim. 1:7; 1John 4:18)

HOW TO DEAL WITH FEAR:
1. With The Word (Rom. 10:17)
NOTE: You don’t use thought to deal with fear, you use words – declare the word boldly and cast out the spirit of fear
2. With The Spirit (2Tim. 1:6-7)
PRAYERS
Father, thank You for Your Word to us today, we give You all the praise and glory, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I come before You today and I release every offender, in Jesus’ Name. Open and expose my heart to see where the bitterness is. I receive the grace to release everyone that has deeply offended me, I receive that grace now, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I reject the spirit of fear. The purpose and plan of God for my life shall be fulfilled. No plan of the devil shall come to pass in my life, I shall do everything God wants me to do, I shall have everything God wants me to have and I shall become everything God wants me to become, in Jesus’ Name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– Whatever has been your reason for depression, discouragement and lack of excitement, by the Word today, that reason is permanently deleted!
– God is giving you a visitation that will establish your joy and excitement!
– Every victim of a demonic yoke or chain, today, it is broken!
– Everyone here with a physical affliction, God has healed you!
– That blood disease has just been cancelled!
– Every deposit of hell in your body returns back to hell!
– Every death trying to take you before time is returned back to hell!
– Everything the devil has planted in your life is flushed out now!
– Receive your life, joy, excitement, exuberance and real personality back now!
– The success of whatever is in your hands for impartation is confirmed! (3 John 2)
– Whatever satanic embargo that was placed on your life, health and the work of your hands, it is lifted now!
– Angels that minister on this altar are released on assignment to go and open doors closed against you!
– Between now and the next one week, there shall be multiplied testimonies of releases, recoveries and replications!
– Every mountain planted in your life is uprooted!
– God shall give you liberty and that liberty shall reflect in the lives of all your family members!
– Whatever they have done in the occultic world against you, today it is nullified!
– Everything God has planned and willed for you that is being delayed, I declare their immediate release now!
– The Lord open for you a new door!
– Under 24hours may God give you a reason for celebration, after 48hours another reason, after 72hours another reason, and before the week is over another reason for celebration in Jesus’ Name!
