For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
Today’s Inspiration
We have all heard the phrase that “the pen is mightier than the sword?” The word of God is certainly mightier than any weapon or utensil. It has lasted for generations, shaping the course of history and time. Kingdoms have come and gone, billions have died, but the word of God is everlasting. Let us rejoice in it.
Night Prayer
Generous God almighty, Your word is perfect. Forgive me for my poor attempts at interpreting it, and I pray that You shall help me understand it better from now on. I want to follow Your commandments closely, and be more like the model that You sent for humans to follow, Your son, Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
