Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. – Romans 5:1-2
Today’s Inspiration
When Christ came to this earth, fulfilled the law, died for us, and resurrected, He eliminated all of those requirements and left us with one instruction: believe. It is through our faith we are justified. Is it really that simple? Yes! That is how good God is! His only requirement is that we believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and everything He did for us, and we receive salvation – we receive our freedom from sin. We have access to the grace of God because of Jesus Christ.
Morning Prayer
Thank you, Father, for this precious gift of salvation that has enabled me to be one of your children. There is no one else who can love me the way You do. Father, I have made it my life to love You with all my heart and to believe in You wholeheartedly. There is no turning back. I am sold out on you, O Lord, and my heart is glad. There is no other place I would rather be. I love you, Father. I do. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
