Daily Bible Verse For Saturday 26th July 2025 - Daniel 9:3

Daily Bible Verse For Saturday 26th July 2025 – Daniel 9:3

“And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:”

Today’s Message
Daniel 9:3 reveals the posture of a man who was deeply burdened for his people and determined to seek God’s intervention. In a time of national crisis and spiritual dryness, Daniel turned to God with intentional prayer, fasting, and humility. He didn’t complain or shift blame—he went straight to God.

This verse teaches us the power of consecrated seeking. When answers seem delayed or darkness surrounds a people, situation, or nation, it’s time to “set your face” toward the Lord—meaning, to become fully focused, undistracted, and surrendered in prayer.

Fasting and prayer aren’t rituals; they are spiritual weapons. They draw us closer to God, position us for divine insight, and release heavenly intervention. Just like Daniel, when we intercede with sincerity and urgency, God hears and responds.
