Title: Faith Over Feelings

“For we live by faith, not by sight.”
✉️ Message:
Feelings are powerful, but they are not always truthful. One moment they lift you up, the next they pull you down. If we base our decisions, our obedience, or our hope solely on what we feel, we will live in instability. That’s why the Word calls us to walk by faith, not by sight—and certainly not by emotion.
Faith sees beyond the surface. It believes God’s promises even when circumstances scream the opposite. Faith stands firm when the wind blows, when the path is unclear, and when answers seem delayed.
Jesus never said the walk of faith would always feel good. He said it would require trust. Today, you may not feel strong. You may not feel loved. But the truth is: You are covered, carried, and called. Let God’s Word be your anchor, not your fluctuating emotions.

What promise from God can you hold onto today, despite what you feel or see?
How can you realign your heart with faith rather than fear?

🙏 Prayer:
Lord Jesus, Thank You for being steady when I am not. Teach me to trust You beyond what I feel and beyond what I see. Strengthen my faith today to walk in obedience even when my emotions try to lead me elsewhere. I choose to believe Your promises over my perceptions. Let my life be rooted in truth and not tossed by every storm. In Your name I pray, Amen.
