Don’t get in agreement with the negative. Go back to what your Creator said. God said He’s restoring health unto you. He said you will run and not be weary. He said weeping endures for a night, but joy is coming in the morning. What do you say about yourself? “I’m sick. I’m depressed.” No, say, “I’m healthy; I’m whole; I’m energetic; I’m free; I’m happy; I’m victorious.”
If you’ll start saying what God says about you instead of what you feel, you’ll see things begin to turn around. Don’t go through life wearing these negative labels.
