He wrote;
The scripture says, “When you seek God first, all these things will be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33. God wants to not only meet your needs, He wants to give you the desires of your heart. God knows what you’re going to need, when you’re going to need it, and how to get it to you. The problem you’re worried about, God has the answer already in route. The vindication, the healing, the breakthrough is already set up.
When God created you, He put in you everything you need to fulfill your destiny.
When God created you, He put in you everything you need to fulfill your destiny. Now quit telling yourself what you can’t do and how it’s not going to work out. All that’s doing is draining your strength. When you get to that hill, you’re going to discover that it’s easier than you thought. You’re going to have strength that you didn’t know you had. It’s like when your car is going up a hill and the extra cylinders kick in to give you more power. When you need it, God’s grace is going to kick in and help you do what you didn’t think you could do.
The key is: Don’t cancel out the strength with weak thinking.

Joel and his wife, Victoria, were suddenly thrust into full-time leadership of Lakewood Church.
