Morning Prayer 15 June 2022 | Bible Verse And Inspiration
Welcome to Wednesday Morning Prayer And Bible Verse And Inspiration for Wednesday 15th June 2022. May the Lord bless you as you study and pray!
WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER 15 JUNE 2022 WITH BIBLE VERSE
Bible Verse For Morning Prayer
Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. – Isaiah 1:17
Today’s Inspiration
Israel in Isaiah’s day had a form of religiosity and honored Jehovah God with their lips, but the hearts of most of the people were far from Him. To merely follow outward rituals, sings hymns and songs, attend church services, and profess to follow the Lord falls short of the mark. We must learn by his grace to truly obey God from the heart. We must cultivate a concern for others’ welfare, especially the poor and downtrodden.
Prayer
O God, you see through hypocrisy, however well disguised. You know our hearts and minds even better than we know them ourselves, O Searcher of hearts, search me today with the light of your Word to see if there be any wicked way in me. Purge me from every sin and set me free to serve you in sincerity and truth. Amen.
God bless you! Share with other people!
