Open Heaven For Teens 8 October 2021 Friday Devotional | Time Wasting

Welcome to Today’s RCCG OPEN HEAVENS for TEENS 8th October 2021 Daily Devotional Message for Friday, written by Pastor E.A Adeboye. God bless you as you read. Kindly share with other people.

TOPIC: NO TIME WASTING (Open Heaven TEENS 8 October 2021)

Read: James 4:13-17
13. Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:

14. Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

15. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

16. But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.

17. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh when no man can work. John 9:4

Message: Time, they say, waits for no one. If you must be productive each day, you must plan the duration of time you will spend on every activity for each day. When my children were much younger, they used to think I was very difficult to live with because I don’t tolerate laziness or time-wasting at all. Now, however, they know better.

Sometimes, I sleep for only four hours due to the many things I must get done each day. Never complain that you were not able to complete a task due to time. We all have the same 24 hours a day, yet, some people achieve so much more with their time than others. The secret is to have a daily schedule or write a to-do list to guide you.

The fact is that there will never be enough time in a day. Avoid unnecessary gists, reduce the time spent on social media, and know when to rest. Don’t leave any part of your life to chance, plan each day. The only person who can change my plan is God but I usually plan my year ahead so that nothing catches me.

Point: Get a journal, plan your activities and goals for the year by months, weeks and then days.

Bible in One Year: Isaiah 39:1-8, 40:1-31, Philippians 4:1-23

Where He leads me I will follow,
Where He leads me I will follow,
Where He leads me I will follow,
I’ll go with Him, with Him all the way.

through the garden,
