Our Bible Verse For Today, Monday 17th February 2025

Bible Verse
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” – Hebrews 4:12 (KJV)

Prayer Before Reading
Heavenly Father, thank You for the power of Your Word. As I read and reflect on it today, open my heart and mind to understand its truth. Let it pierce through my soul, correct my ways, and guide my steps. Help me to receive it with humility and apply it to my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Message
Hebrews 4:12 highlights the transformative power of God’s Word. Unlike any ordinary text, the Bible is alive and active, able to convict, correct, and strengthen those who receive it. It reaches the deepest parts of our being, revealing our true intentions and exposing the state of our hearts. Just as a sword cuts through flesh, God’s Word penetrates our thoughts, leading us to repentance, growth, and a closer relationship with Him.
