We are called to live a life of prayer. God’s way of relating with us is through communication in the place of prayer. Prayer is as vast as God whereas we are as vast as our prayer life, There are countless possibilities embedded in prayers. A closed mouth in the place of prayer is a closed destiny and lost opportunities.
Men and women in Christ have touched the world, subdued kingdoms, taken helm of affairs, initiated and turned their fortunes around through prayers. It was this same authority that Paul the Apostle and his colleagues willed that launched them unto greater heights. You too can choose to make the difference. As for me and my family, we will give ourselves to prayers.

CREATING AN ATMOSPHERE FOR PRAYERS: 1 Kings 18:41-46; Luke 18:1-8; Phil. 4:6; 1 Thess. 5:17. No Bible school, seminar sessions, conferences, etc. on prayers can institute and establish an atmosphere for prayers like the one you can personally generate.

There are so many reasons that beckon on us to crave for the Hour of Prayer.
i) When we wake up to the realization that life is war and can be fought through spiritual means, then we must pray. Matt. 11:12; 2 Cor. 10:1-6.

ii) When we acknowledge that even Christ our Lord depended so much on prayers for His success in Ministry then, as disciples we have no option than to live a life of prayer. Mark 1:35-37; Luke 11:1.

iii) When we consider that the disciples saw the ease with which Christ carried out His ministry with the best practices of holiness, sanctification, etc. and achieved commendable results through prayers then we are condemned to pray.

iv) When we consider that one of the critical elements of success in life revolves around prayers and that of all demands the apostles approached Jesus appealing that He should teach them how to pray, then we can’t do without prayers. Luke 11:1

v) When we realize that God has personally commanded that we should call on Him in the time of trouble and at all times then we do not need to wait for trouble to come before we begin to pray but to pray now. Ps. 50:15; 91:15.

vi) To the Christian, prayer is as essential to our living as food is to our survival. The “little” you prayed today may be the reason for which that evil was averted. God will not act until you pray.
