STREAMS OF JOY DEVOTIONAL FOR 10 DECEMBER 2021
TOPIC: EVIL ENFORCERS
SCRIPTURE: “For they came up with their cattle and their tents, and they came as grasshoppers for multitude; for both they and their camels were without number: and they entered into the land to destroy it.” (Judges 6: 5)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the Midianites came against Israel with their cattle and camels, in order to destroy Israel’s harvest. In bible times, cattle and camels were either used to till the ground or to destroy what was planted. So the Midianites unleashed their animals in order to sustain the destruction of Israel’s increase. They set a system of destruction, so even if they were not present, destruction continued.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every system that has been set up against you to hinder your movement and advancement, I command it to go down by fire. Every arrangement that your haters have made in order to perpetually limit your destiny, I command it to scatter by fire. I scatter every roadblock that has been set up to stop you no matter your efforts. I suspend every system that wants to stifle your vision.
The Midianites may not have had all the energy to destroy what Israel had, but they came with animals that would get the job done. They came with possessions that will make a mess of the possessions of the children of Israel. Every man that has come up with possessions, relationships, associations, ideas, allies, etc. that want to set a limit in your destiny, today I decree, let that man get off your way. Let every evil enforcer go down now.
Today, I release systems that will work in your favour. I send you men on assignment whose duty it will be to help you rise to your next level. I release men and nobles who will build your walls. I send you kings who will minister to you. I send you helpers that will perpetually help you even when you do not ask for help. I establish new relationships that will be beneficial to your destiny in the long run. I establish favourable systems for you.
The era of being a victim of the attacks of the enemy, are over. The era of being a victim to systems that your haters set up, is over.
Job 5: 12 says: “He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.”
Declare With Me: I dismantle every system that wants to work against me perpetually, in Jesus’ name!
