STREAMS OF JOY DEVOTIONAL 27 AUGUST 2022, SATURDAY

TODAY’S TOPIC: NO SCATTERING
SCRIPTURE: “And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.” (Ezekiel 37:2)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
The dry bones that Ezekiel saw in the midst of the valley were all scattered in the valley. When those bones would eventually come together, each bone came to its bone. So, prior to their rising, the bones were truly scattered. Things were disconnected in the valley; things were not together as they should, in the valley; things were out of place in the valley. A situation arose in the past, and the result was that everything scattered.

Friend, I pray for you: in the areas of your life where things are scattered, let them come back together. In the areas of your life where things are out of place, let things begin to fall into place. In the areas of your life where there is no order, let order return. In the areas where you cannot hold things together, let the hand of the Lord pull your scattered pieces together again. Let the Lord bring together what was scattered.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: your destiny will no longer be scattered. Your career will not be scattered; your business will not be scattered; your ministry will not be scattered; your academics will not be scattered; your home will not be scattered; your marriage will not be scattered; the lives of your spouse and children will not be scattered; the results that should arise from your daily dealings will not be scattered.

The bones did not scatter themselves in the valley; they were first killed, then decayed, and then reduced to bones to the point that even the skeletons had become dismembered and the wind could throw them about. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every evil hand that has come to scatter what you have taken pains to put together, may the hand of the Lord take them away.

Order is restored to every scattered area of your life. In places where things are out of place, things are coming together again.
Ezekiel 11: 17 says: “Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.”

Declare With Me: Whatever was scattered in my life is coming together, in Jesus’ name!
