Topic: Peace in the Storm
Key Scripture:
Mark 4:39 (KJV) – “And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.”
Today’s Message:
Storms in life are inevitable—emotional storms, financial storms, spiritual storms—but the presence of Jesus in your boat makes all the difference. In Mark 4, the disciples were terrified when a violent storm arose, yet Jesus was asleep, completely undisturbed.
When they woke Him, He didn’t panic—He spoke peace. And that same Jesus still speaks to every storm in your life today.
No matter how intense your situation may be, peace is possible, because Jesus is with you. He doesn’t always remove the storm immediately, but He gives you peace that surpasses understanding in the midst of it. When He speaks, the wind obeys, the waves settle, and calm is restored.
Let your heart rest today—not in the absence of trouble, but in the presence of the Prince of Peace.

Lord Jesus, thank You for being my peace in every storm. Speak “Peace, be still” over my mind, my emotions, and every area of unrest. I trust You even when the winds blow. Help me walk in faith, not fear, knowing You are always with me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
