King David continues his testimony about the Lord’s provisions to him to enable him accomplish the purpose of His calling. In vs.32 and 39 we learn that God equipped David with strength. Note the two purposes: (i) he made his way blameless, and, (ii) for battle. Believers in Christ Jesus are enabled by the Holy Spirit to lead blameless lives and to fight spiritual battles.
See Ephesians 6:10‐13. We are to put on the whole armour of God for victorious Christian living. Read vs.43‐48 and observe the impact of David’s life upon other nations and foreigners. The Lord gave David dominion over nations and foreigners. The life in Christ Jesus gives power over all the circumstances of human life.
Have you encountered this Christ and experienced His transforming grace upon your life? If not, invite Him into your life, and experience His power on your life.

And So: Let us join David to declare, “The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock, and exalted be the God of my salvation” (v.46 ESV).
