There will always be people that don’t understand you, people that are not for you, that try to hinder your calling. They’ll say things that are hurtful, try to make you look bad, put you at a disadvantage. Human nature is to get in there and fight to straighten them out, to show them what we’re made of. Don’t take that bait. That’s a distraction. They don’t control your destiny. They didn’t breathe life into you. They didn’t choose you before you were formed in your mother’s womb. What they say cannot stop your purpose. Don’t give it the time of day. Ignore it and move forward.
Are your thoughts limiting you or are your thoughts empowering you? Are you thinking thoughts of defeat, worry, lack, can’t do it, or are you thinking thoughts of victory, favor, healing, breakthroughs, abundance? There’s a battle taking place in your thinking. Start closing the door to the negative. You control the access. Be selective. Don’t just let anything in. Wrong thinking will keep you from your destiny. Start erasing and replacing. Erase the negative, don’t give it the time of day. Replace it with God’s word, with positive, faith-filled thoughts.
