Bible In One Year:
Exodus 25–26; Matthew 20:17–34

Memory Verse: Deuteronomy 16:17
Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee.

Motivational Quote:
God deserves the best. Always give the utmost to the Highest.

Prophetic Word for Today:
I decree that this year, God will remember and greatly reward your giving, in the Name of Jesus.

Fire Scripture: Leviticus 22:20-25
19-20 These are gifts that the people bring because they really want to give a gift to God. If the gift is a bull, or a sheep, or a goat, the animal must be a male. And it must not have anything wrong with it. You must not accept any offering that has anything wrong with it. I will not accept that gift.

21 “You might bring a fellowship offering to the Lord. That fellowship offering might be payment for a special promise that you made. Or maybe it is a special gift that you wanted to give to the Lord. It can be a bull or a sheep, but it must be healthy. There must be nothing wrong with that animal. 22 You must not offer to the Lord any animal that is blind, that has broken bones or is crippled, or that has a discharge or a serious skin disease. You must not offer sick animals as a gift to the Lord. You must not put anything like that on his altar.

23 “Sometimes a bull or lamb will have a leg that is too long, or a foot that did not grow right. If you want to give that animal as a special gift to the Lord, it will be accepted. But it will not be accepted as payment for a special promise that you made.

24 “If an animal has bruised, crushed, or torn testicles, you must not offer that animal to the Lord. You must not do this anywhere in your land.

25 “You must not take animals from foreigners as sacrifices to your God. The animals might have been hurt in some way. They might have something wrong with them, so they will not be accepted.”

Praise & Worship

MFM Daily Devotional 31 January 2023 Message:

Let us discover more keys that guarantee rewards for our giving.

The third key is to give God the best in quality and quantity. In Leviticus 22:20-25, the Bible identifies the sacrifice that God will not accept or reward, “But whatsoever has a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you. And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein. Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD. Either a bullock or a lamb that hath anything superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted. Ye shall not offer unto the LORD that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut: neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land. Neither from a stranger’s hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you.”

Do the quality and quantity of your offering, tithe and first fruit befit and glorify our sovereign Lord?

The fourth step is that your heart, motive and attitude for giving must be right. The Bible says that God loves willing and cheerful givers. He will reward their giving. However, those who give grudgingly will not get His reward? God sees all things and will reward every giver accordingly.

Do you remember that you need to pay your tithe and give offering as well as first fruit offering only after you have settled all your bills?

Those who give to God from stolen funds and only when they find it convenient will hinder themselves from receiving His reward.

Beloved, giving is an act of worship and if you do it with obedience and faith, you will surely receive your reward.

1. Henceforth, my offering to the Lord shall be perfect and without blemish, in the Name of Jesus.

2. This year and beyond, I shall put God first in my giving priorities, in the Name of Jesus.

3. I shall not be a grudging, unwilling and cheerless giver, in the Name of Jesus.

4. My giving shall be consistent and growing, this year and beyond, in the Name of Jesus.

5. Father, make me a faithful giver all the days of my life, in the Name of Jesus.

6. Powers assigned to rob me of the rewards of my giving in God’s kingdom, die, in the Name of Jesus.

7. Father, give me the right motive and attitude for giving to You, in the Name of Jesus.
