📖 Today’s Bible Verse — 28th November 2025 Matthew 13:47 (KJV)
“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind.”
✨ Insight
In this parable, Jesus describes the kingdom of heaven as a large fishing net lowered into the sea, gathering “every kind” of fish. This imagery reveals profound truths about God’s work on earth:
The Gospel is for all people.
Just as the net gathers all kinds of fish, the message of Christ reaches every tribe, background, and story. No one is beyond God’s invitation.
God is patient and inclusive.
He allows time for people to hear, respond, and be transformed, collecting everyone into His kingdom.
A time of separation will come.
Later in the passage, Jesus explains that there will be a final sorting. For now, we live in the season of grace—where the net is still being cast.
This verse calls us to partner with God in His mission. We are part of the “net” He uses—through our words, love, and witness—to draw others into His saving grace.

Heavenly Father, thank You for calling all people to Yourself through the message of salvation. Today, make me a vessel in Your hands—one who draws others to Christ through compassion, truth, and kindness.
