Today’s Joel Osteen Inspirational Message 27 November 2025
Topic: A Time to Give Thanks
Scripture: Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. – Psalm 100:4, NIV
Today is a special day for us to give thanks to God for the good things He has done in our land, in our lives, and in the lives of our family members. When you take the time to pause and remember, you can see those times in your life when God brought you victory, brought you success. When you remember that He is providing for all your needs and give thanks to God for who He is and the miracles He has done in your life, you will be transformed.
And let us remember that thanksgiving is an attitude of our heart. Living with an attitude of gratitude means you don’t just thank God for what He did in the past, you also thank Him for what He will do in the future. You thank Him for opening new doors, for increasing you, and for bringing the right people into your life. When you thank God in advance, that’s really a declaration of faith. Live every day with an attitude of gratitude and thanksgiving.
Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that I can enter into Your presence with a heart full of thanksgiving. Thank You for providing for all my needs and doing exceedingly abundantly above all I could ever ask or imagine. I give You a sacrifice of praise for You are good, and Your mercy endures forever! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
TODAY’S INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE: The enemy would love for you to believe that you’re mediocre, you’ll always struggle and lack. You’re an addict; you’ll never be free. You’re not attractive, you’re not valuable, nobody wants you. If you let those thoughts play, you’re giving them the right to become a reality. Quit calling out the wrong you, the lonely you, the addicted you, the broke you. There’s a king in you waiting for your call. Instead of, “I’m a sinner. So unworthy.” No, how about, “I used to be a sinner, but I’ve been saved by grace.
Now I’m a son. I used to be unworthy, but God has made me worthy. I’m covered by the blood of Jesus. I’m forgiven. I’m redeemed, a new creation.” When you have that kind of attitude, it’s going to help you resist the temptation and make better decisions. That’s what you’re moving toward: valuable, worthy, forgiven.
If you go around focused on your flaws, how you don’t measure up, you don’t deserve God’s goodness, that’s going to pull you down, cause you to compromise more. The king in you will help you overcome the bad habits. When the king rises up, you can rule over the temptation, rule over things that are holding you back.
