These verses have been known as the servant song. When you compare v.6 and 45:13, they express what was said about Cyrus if we look at the task he was set to accomplish (41:2). This has led many to think this song is about King Cyrus, the one sent by God to free His people from exile. It is partly so. However, these words are quoted by Matthew (12:18-21) referring to Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
This strengthens the position that makes us think this song refers to the Messiah. God called Him in righteousness. Likewise, all believers are called by God in righteousness. They must demonstrate it to other people so that they also become children of God. We demonstrate righteousness through right relationships with other people, right attitudes, and right behaviour, wherever we are. How do you show righteousness in your own life?
We also see part of the mission of the Messiah in vs.6-7 resonating with what Jesus pointed out about Himself in Luke 4:18. Believers must preach the gospel to set people free from the bondage of the devil and make them free to serve Jesus Christ their Saviour and help set up a just society which Jesus proclaimed.

• Finding servants worthy from National to the grassroots appointed as Prayer Secretaries.
• The spirit of grace that helps us to keep step with the Master.
PRAY FOR:
• Each Prayer Secretary to know why he\/she is called and the duties to perform.
• Discernment upon all, and the ability to be fast to act when He leads.
• Awakening to more prayers and to encourage others to rise up unto prayers.
• Evidence of his presence at every level of our meeting.
